you.
Its the Midland NOAA Weather Radio with All
Hazard Alerts. It's not a walkie talkie, but a
very tiny (the picture is deceptive) handheld
radio receiver that automatically tunes to
NOAA All Hazards Alerts in your area.

If you want to know the forecast, simply click
"On", the radio scans to the strongest channel
and begins to relay the national weather for
your area. If you want to be alerted for
emergencies (Tornado, Civil Unrest, Etc) set
the same switch to ALERT, and a siren sounds
and the alert is broadcast.
The radio accepts three (3) AAA batteries
which are not included.
